Eff you, Ivy League.
Okay I am SICK of these brainless celebrities getting accepted in Harvard, Princeton, Yale…etc.
Rumor has it that Miley Cyrus is going to apply to any Ivy League school this year. The sad thing is is that, like Emma Watson, she WILL get accepted because of her fame.
I know I haven’t been a 4.0 student my whole life, but I DO know that I am smarter than that imbecile.
Even if I’m not going to an Ivy League, there are other people in this world that gear their entire lifestyle towards getting accepted to and attending an Ivy. One spot for Cyrus or Watson is one spot less for someone who actually deserves it.
So much for the “American dream.” Only ten percent is what you know, ninety percent is who you know.
Would I be a total hypocrite if I said I really want to meet someone? I know, Kelly is the anti-love, anti-relationship, anti-dependency poster girl.
But with a new year I need a new interest. I don’t want to be bitter anymore. I need someone to keep my thoughts busy, to make me feel like I’m doing something right (because god only knows until I get more acceptance letters I won’t feel like anything I am doing is worth the while).
He’s out there somewhere..right?
